Blasting booths are closed chamber where blasting operation is carried out through a nozzle which is connected with blasting hopper by means of a hose pipe and compressed air line. High pressure air with mixed abrasive media propelled at components surface to remove foreign particles, scale, rust and corrosion and to clean surface before applying paint coat. Manual booth Blasting booths are mostly suitable for large and heavy components that are not uniform in sizes, having hidden and difficult to reach areas which cannot be blast cleaned in auto shot blasting machines. Except the cleaning process, abrasive recovery, recycling and other process are same as auto blasting machines.
